We recently had a session with  Auntie Rufaro Chiriseri from K.UK Alliance .org who  shared with us some valuable information on a mentorship programme that has been agreed between them and our Trustees.Auntie Rufaro highlighted the importance of mentorship and why we need mentorship .She went on to talk about the rules and guidelines of the mentorship programme .We will be updating you every week after our sessions. All of us  have been assigned  an individual mentor who will guide and support  each individual career wise.
